TO ENTER: Fill out an entry form, attach the Countryside restaurant(s) receipt(s) and mail to the City of Countryside Restaurant Promotion, 803 Joliet Road, Countryside, IL 60525 or drop off in the night deposit box located in the front entrance vestibule of the Municipal Complex. Entries must be received by the City of Countryside no later than 6/15/20. Winners will be selected at the 6/24/20 City Council meeting. Winner need not be present. Must be 18years of age or older as of 5/1/20 to enter.
